IMPORTANT: The home should be ready prior to your scheduled time slot. Cleaning, organizing, and moving objects during shoot is not acceptable. If the shoot is delayed and rescheduling is warranted, a 40 dollar fee will be added to your invoice.

ROOMS BY REQUEST: Garages, attics, and unfinished basements/crawl spaces need to be requested before your scheduled time slot. There will be no extra fee. See below for fee information on additional services.
